  1. 4P Ported K-Series Oil Pump K20/K24

THESE ARE COMING IN A FEW AT A TIME FROM HONDA, AND WE ARE SHIPPING THEM IN THE ORDER THAT ORDERS WERE RECEIVED. Past that, there can be cavitation issues and oil pressure drops as temperatures rise. Our ported pump increases flow by 25% and will allow continuous use above 9,000 rpm. The pump has been tested well over 11,000 rpm with great success. We start with a brand new OEM oil pump from Honda, disassemble, port and smooth oil passages to increase flow, and modify the outside housing so that it can be used on all K24 and K20 engines (including the K20Z3). The pumps are then cleaned, oiled, reassembled and repackaged. This part is cheap insurance to protect your multi-thousand dollar investment. This pump has some advantages over the S2K pumps that are commonly used. The pickup is further forward, and lower in the pan, and it frees up an additional 1-2hp. This is the chosen pump for all of our racing engines for many of these reasons. Installation Kits are available in the Options Menu for K20Z3 and K24 applications. Installation Kit Includes: -Oil Chain -Chain Guide -Windage Tray -Baffles Installation instructions with photos are included with all pumps. The PRL Swap Kit is for K24Z3 and K24Z7. It is a lot of work to put it on, but the pump is necessary for operation over 8000 rpm. Anyone that can read instructions and do minor engine work can accomplish this easily.

  2. 4P Low Friction Crank Seals (K20/K24)

    Replace your OEM Main and Chain Case seals with low friction 4P Oil seals for improved performance. 4P seals are designed for engines that spend substantial time at high rpm with high oil temperatures. These seals minimize frictional losses while providing a better seal function when compared to the OEM seal. They also will allow for better seal in a dry sump engine where you are needing to pull vacuum on the crank case. These are suitable for WET SUMP and DRY SUMP applications.

    Now you can use the same high quality engine seals used in the highest output 4 Piston Racing engines. Fits K20 and K24 engines.

  4. 4P Lean Mount Drag Race Oil Pan K20/K24

    The 4P Lean Mount oil pan is specifically designed to provide superior oiling during hard acceleration on the drag strip, and hard decel during braking and parachute pulls. The pan allows for 7 quarts of oil to be run so that you ALWAYS have sufficient oil at the pickup, yet it is far enough away from the crank that you do not suffer windage loss. This uses the stock windage tray, and also has its own windage separation for more power. The pan features anti-slosh baffles and a trap door to keep oil at the pickup of your 4P Ported K20/K24 Oil Pump. It also comes wtih an oil drain back port for supercharged or turbo applications, and includes a magnetic drain plug. The pan is angled and designed to be used with Hasport Lean or Myers Competition Lean engine mounts. Can also be used with conventional mounts if you want to plan ahead for the future. This pan is meant to be used with the 4P Ported K20/K24 Oil Pump, and features trap door assemblies and anti-slosh baffles to keep oil at the pickup. It also comes with an oil drain back for supercharged and turbo applications, and includes a magnetic drain plug.
